Well I finally broke through, after weeks of sending traffic (not too much) I got a commission on CPA Empire. A friend of mine has had most of his success with them and I was trying so hard to get something to go through, then finally today I got a whopping $1.25

The money isn’t the point. The point is that when I login now there are no longer a bunch of zeros to greet me, there is actually an amount.

Someday I will laugh at how excited I am right now, but for those of you who understand because you have been there, dont you just love this feeling, a little benchmark on the road to success, Woo Hoo!!!!!

Other wise I also made $2.50 on another network, and I only spent $6 on ads, yes I am down for the day, but I’m just a bit closer to reaching my goals. Stay tuned for more about a mom learning ppc.

I have my campaigns on a new domain and I am working on adding more. I have revived some, lowered my bids and changed the offers I am doing as well. We will see what happens. PPC if you move slowly (money wise) can be so much fun. But it can also be frustrating, and complex, which makes the challenge itself so much more worth it.

I have also added about 10 or more links to the resources page (links page, changed the name) you can see how many links there are all the time because of the number next to the page name. I will add more as I find them.

Seems like I was right when I thought I was slapped on some level. According to Amit at super affiliate mindset Google set out for another round of slaps this week. But if you have an authority site like Amit builds it seems you don’t have to worry about it. Read Amit’s post about it here.

In addition to reading his post I have also read lots of others and found some really great blogs and such that I have posted on the resources page, check it out.

Well, this morning I got online and checked my adwords account and lo and behold 7 of my 8 campaigns had no impressions at all. But the 8th had impressions and clicks. Need less to say I was flipping out. I wasn’t sure what the problem was. So, I changed back to the domain I was using before and waited painfully for a few hours and sure enough it was all good. I started getting impressions and clicks and then I heard back from two of the other forum members who I pm’ed for help.

H & G were really helpful and told me to change the domain and see if that would work, that I had probably been slapped. So, yeah already doing like 30 clicks a day I got slapped, see? It is never too soon. So always have a back up domain on hand.
