It is very strange to know all that because most keyword tools don't tell lies. I am not doing a lot of PPC but SEO so I often research keyword within different application. One of the best so far is WebCEO and its keyword tool. It determines some KEI for each keyword and help to choose them. I tested it and found it very useful. There were my own keywords and I got some from the tool, what happened at the end? Sites are on page one for those who were suggested by that application. Although we don't use SEO or ranking applications for PPC but I think they can help us in much better way.
