Keyword Tools

I have been actively working on one campaign that has been taking up a lot of my time. Tweaking it everyday is taking a little more time than I thought because there are so many variables to play with. Everyday I am learning something new and I really recommend if you want to learn to start spending a good $20+ a day.

I think the big guys tell us to launch in order to be able to make money doing this, but I think a lot of us get caught up in being scared. It can be hard to do. You can and might lose a lot of money before you make any, however I have found something that has helped.

In all the time I have been working on this campaign there is one keyword that keeps converting for me. It isn’t the most obvious keyword either. But I got a hold of some keyword training from someone pretty high up on the PPC food chain (he makes thousands a day) and he recommends subscribing to KeywordSpy.

I have heard just about everyone talk about Keywordspy and I decided maybe I should take a closer look, so I signed up. It is $89.95 a month and my husband was like “What?!” lol, but its ok. In all the testing I have done on this first campaign it got me that one keyword that keeps converting, right? Well, guess what was the most profitable keyword for the authority site for this campaign? The same exact word. I wasted a lot of time and money on finding that keyword while all the information was right in keywordspy.

I’m not saying run out and get your own subscription, that’s up to you. But to be able to use some of the best keyword tools together, like keywordspy and market samurai and even google keyword tool is a big help. I take all the keywords from keywordspy and insert them into market samurai to verify the information. I can also see people’s ads and use those for ideas for my own. I do realize you can do that by just typing the word into Google, but if a campaign has been running for months its a lot easier to see if they are good ads. The time machine is great as well.

I’m still looking at everything else keywordspy can do but so far I really like it and Im going to use it today to start a new campaign for another product.
