A 3% click-through rate sounds pretty decent. Maybe you should try making a landing page instead of direct linking. Did you check the advertisers page for "leaks"? I.E. Things that make it easy for your customer to become their customer - 800 numbers, an easily seen affiliate sign-up form, etc. Anywho, I'm kinda bummed myself that I missed the boat on PPC Classroom, but I'm sure it will all work out in the end.
