Wish Me Luck… Fear of Failure
Wednesday, October 29, 2008 13:43I have been doing Internet Marketing for about 2 years, longer if you count all of the times I tried before. And in the last 2 years I have done it pretty much full time. Well… now I am at the point, where I know how to do a lot of things.
Installing scripts
Ghostwriting
HTML & PHP Editing
Building a list
PPC - I admit I do this much better than I ever did before.
So, with the failure of the last campaign (which was 200 clicks, $100 and no conversions at all) I got a little scared. Basically what if I try again and nothing good happens? Can I afford to keep losing money by investing into my education at this point with our economy? Does anyone else feel the same way?
Today though, I had a breakthrough. I am going to be putting together 5 full campaigns and launching them all at the same time. I think this will break my “fear factor”. I know Amit says the worst thing is being a Super Scared Affiliate and I figure I just can’t be the only one.
If I don’t post for a few days or even until next week, this is why. I am trying to get past the fear. Have you ever had a similar problem to what I am going through?

Mary,
I just wanted to say “gambate”. A long time ago I was told that means “keep going” in Japanese. I’m sure you’ve heard every cliche there is, but the truth is that winners never quit, and I’ve got you pegged as a winner. =)
I think your idea of launching 5 campaigns at a time is brilliant! And if those don’t work do 5 more, and 5 more, and…..
Good luck!

I also want to wish good luck to you, and I want to say, that everything will be OK, just keep up your work and don’t give up.
